DATEV Challenge Roth Sets Date for 2026

DATEV Challenge Roth, the world’s largest long-distance triathlon, will take place on 5 July in 2026, maintaining its tradition of being held on the first weekend in July.

Representatives of TEAMCHALLENGE and Ironman have once again worked together to coordinate the dates of Germany’s most important long-distance races. This coordinated planning ensures that athletes, media, triathlon fans and expo exhibitors can plan in the best possible way.

Race director Felix Walchshöfer emphasised the importance of coordinated scheduling, “The coordination of the dates for the major German triathlon races is essential. My special thanks go to Mike Matthias from Ironman for the great productive dialogue. We have had an excellent working relationship with Ironman for years in terms of scheduling. I would also like to say a big thank you to the relevant authorities, who always actively give us their support. Only through this close cooperation can we offer the best experience for triathlon fans in Germany and worldwide.”
