Athletes swim off the Mar Bella beach, protected by the breakwaters with views of the entire coastline of Barcelona and with the Olympic Port and Parc del Forum as landmarks.

bike course

The bike course is a flat and fast course between Barcelona and Mataró, along the coast of Barcelona and El Maresme and including going through the heart of the city past the famous Sagrada Familia.

run course

During the run course you will discover the promenade of Barcelona and you will feel the warmth and the atmosphere of the huge crowds.
