CHALLENGENORTHAMERICA® will host a professional triathlon event at CHALLENGEMIAMI® on the Homestead-Miami Speedway, one of the most picturesque tracks on the NASCAR circuit. Taking place on March 12, 2021, the event will take the competition to even higher stakes than the previous race, CHALLENGEDAYTONA®, as top athletes from all around the world will participate.
Top Athletes including #1 in the world, Jan Frodeno, who has not participated in a race since October 2019, will battle for a $50,000 prize purse. You’ll also witness world-class athletes including CHALLENGEDAYTONA Champion Paula Findlay, second in the world Lucy Charles-Barclay and #4 in the world Sarah Crowley in addition to about 80 additional endurance athletes competing from around the globe. The bike course will also be somewhat unexpected for those who raced at Daytona back in December. The Miami bike race will take place on the road course, increasing overall complexity demanding a strategy to incorporate more than pure speed.
