COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By participating in the competition you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Challenge Family GmbH and closes on Sunday 14 September 2025.

Eligibility to Enter

The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age. Employees and associates of any of the brands featured are excluded from the draw.

By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.

There is a limit of one entry per person and all those who meet the competition requirements by following the designated social media account and completing their contact details on the provided form will be placed in the draw. The competition is completely free to enter.

The Prize

There is one first place prize of:

• 3 x nights for two in a twin room at Forte Village Resort including breakfast and dinner on 24-27 October 2025
• 2 x race entries to Challenge Forte Village Sardinia
• Airport transfers in Sardinia

Flights/travel to and from Challenge Forte Village is not included and must be made at the winner’s own expense.

All prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

Challenge Family decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winners Announcement

The winners will be chosen at random and notified via the email addresses provided on Monday 15 September 2025.

Challenge Family will make two attempts to contact the winners via email.

If the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Challenge Family reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

Delivery of the Prize

The winner will allow 28 working days for details of the prize to be delivered.

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that by entering this competition, the personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Challenge Family and Challenge Forte Village Sardinia for the purposes of administering the competition, marketing communications and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.

No personal data will be forwarded to a third party outside the parameters of this competition.

All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing info@challenge-family.com after 15 September 2025.

The winner’s first name and country of residence will be announced on the Challenge Family website and social media channels.

Limitation of Liability

Challenge Family accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.

General

Challenge Family reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
